terms & conditions

- Promo codes available from Sunday 19/04 9am AEDT until Monday 20/04 11:59pm AEDT, unless all codes exhausted before end time & date.
- Promo codes are restricted to the stated number of uses, there will be no exceptions.
- Please note that the Race codes can be used very quickly, so we advise that you act fast when you receive the email with the codes.
- We recommend placing orders using the credit card payment method - if you choose to use a different payment gateway (Afterpay, Paypal etc) this may add additional delays which cause you to miss out on the discount code.
- Please ensure that the code is applied before you checkout - discounts can not be applied retrospectively.
- Promo codes can be applied on top of existing sale prices.
- Promo codes are limited to one use per code per customer.
- If the code is not accepted at checkout, then it is most likely that the code you are attempting to use has already been claimed. Once each code is exhausted, no more will be issued.
- If you receive any unexpected errors at the checkout, chances are that someone has already claimed the code before you - we suggest you try another one quickly, so write them all down!
- Promo codes active for Online only, but available to select Local Delivery.
- Please note that due to the high volume of orders, it may take longer than usual to get your orders dispatched as we are a small family run business. We will be working to get them out as quickly as we can!

These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of Nurture Thy Seed. This Site is owned and operated by Greta Cameron. This Site is an ecommerce website. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nurture Thy Seed. Nurture Thy Seed offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Nurture Thy Seed and the Site’s creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

The minimum age to use our Site is 16 years old. By using this Site, users agree that they are over 16 years old. We do not assume any legal responsibility for false statements about age.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel you order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. Shipping and Delivery

When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

• Standard Tracked Shipping – 3-7 business days
• Express Tracked Shipping – 1-3 business days

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays.

You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.

If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside Australia your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any such duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

 

Consumer Protection Law

Where the Australian Consumer Law, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.

 

Severability

If at any time of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
